Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (or opening date if purchased pre launch).
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed in-store at Eterna Wellness Lab.
Services Included
Vouchers may be used towards any eligible Eterna services, including sauna & plunge sessions, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, IV drips, classes and retail (unless specified otherwise on the voucher).
Non-Refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
Part-Redemption
If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay active on the voucher until the expiry date.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Eterna Wellness Lab is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers. Replacements may be issued at our discretion with proof of purchase.
Transferability
Vouchers may be gifted to another person, but cannot be resold.
Booking Policies

Redemption for IV drips or medical treatments is subject to clinical consultation and approval by our partner medical team.
