How the commitment works
12-month memberships have a minimum term of 12 months. After that they continue month to month, and you can cancel with one month's written notice.
Leaving due to unforeseen circumstances within the first 12 months requires 2 months written notice.
Payment is by monthly Direct Debit, collected in advance. If a payment fails, you have seven days to put it right before access is suspended.
Fees are reviewed once a year and may rise in line with inflation. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any change.
Pausing: you can pause for 1 to 3 months in any 12-month period, with at least 14 days' written notice. An administration fee may apply. Membership benefits are suspended while you're paused.
Refunds: memberships are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, which we look at case by case.
