Reformer Pilates
At Eterna, we offer 1:1 private Reformer sessions with a qualified instructor for personalised programming, technique refinement and targeted goals (rehab, strength, postural work or performance).
Non Members: £65 • Members: £58.50 • VIP Members: £52.00
We also offer independent Reformer access (free of charge) during designated studio free periods for members who are confident using the bed. This allows you to integrate Reformer work into your own training routine.

Kundalini Yoga
