Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Term & Cancellation

All memberships are based on a 12-month minimum term.

Early cancellations within this period require a 3-month written notice.

After the initial 12-month period, memberships automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with 1 month’s written notice.

Membership Fees & Annual Review

Membership fees are collected monthly in advance via card-based Direct Debit.

All fees are subject to annual review and may increase in line with inflation and prevailing market conditions.

Members will be notified a minimum of 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

Guest & Coffee Bar Access

Members are welcome to bring guests to the coffee bar, subject to available capacity at the time of visit.

Walk-in guests who book any service (e.g. sauna & plunge, red light therapy, IV therapy) may access the members’ coffee bar for up to 1 hour before or after their appointment.

Takeaway orders from the members’ coffee bar are available to non-members, subject to capacity and discretion of the team.

Treatment Packages & Class Passes

Treatment packages and class passes are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframes:

Packages of 10: Valid for 6 months

Packages of 5: Valid for 3 months

Sessions not used within the expiry period will be forfeited.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from your package.

Check-In Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

If you have not checked in by the time your session is due to start, it may be offered to walk-in clients or those on the waiting list.

In this case, the session will still be charged in full or deducted from your package or membership allocation.

Membership Freezes

Members may request a freeze/hold on their membership for between 1 and 3 months within a 12-month period.

Requests must be made in writing with at least 14 days’ notice.

An administration fee may apply. Access and benefits will be suspended during the freeze period.

Refund Policy

Memberships, treatment packages, and class passes are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Payment Terms

Monthly fees are taken via card-based Direct Debit on a set billing date each month.

Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to avoid suspension of access.

Repeated failed payments may result in membership termination or a late payment fee.

Health & Safety Screening

All members and guests must complete a health screening form prior to using relevant services.

Eterna reserves the right to request medical clearance if deemed necessary for the safe use of certain therapies.

It is the responsibility of all clients to ensure they are in suitable health to use the facilities and to disclose any relevant medical conditions
