Eterna Wellness Lab is a science-led wellness and longevity centre in the heart of East Grinstead.

We combine evidence-informed recovery therapies, movement classes and practitioner-led treatments under one roof, creating a space where people can improve their physical and mental wellbeing, recover better and connect with like-minded people.

We’re located at 6 King Street, East Grinstead, RH19 3DJ, just a short walk from East Grinstead train station. There are two public car parks directly opposite Eterna, along with limited on-street parking.

Absolutely. Most of our treatments can be booked as one-off sessions with no membership required. Many people visit us for an occasional reset, while others choose membership if they plan to come regularly.

Contrast therapy combines heat from our Finnish saunas with cold-water immersion. Many people use it to support recovery after exercise, improve circulation, reduce stress and leave feeling energised. It can also become a powerful tool for building mental resilience and creating regular moments of recovery within a busy lifestyle.

Red Light Therapy uses clinically studied red and near-infrared wavelengths to support normal cellular function. Many people use it to support healthy skin, muscle recovery, joint comfort and overall wellbeing. At Eterna we use a full-body medical-grade light bed for comfortable 15-minute sessions.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves relaxing inside a gently pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen-rich air. The increased pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into the bloodstream than under normal conditions, supporting the body’s natural recovery processes. Many people use HBOT to support recovery, energy levels, cognitive performance and overall wellbeing.

We host regular IV clinic days in partnership with experienced healthcare professionals IV Boost, offering IV vitamin drips, NAD+, glutathione, vitamin injections and blood testing. Treatments are delivered by qualified clinicians following a health assessment.

Our timetable includes Hot Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Breathwork, Meditation, Rebounding, Barre, Bootcamp, Box Fit and more. Classes are suitable for a range of ages, abilities and wellness goals, with experienced instructors guiding every session.

Our wellness café serves speciality Exhale & London Nootropics coffee, collagen coffees, Matcha, Ube, functional drinks and nutrient-rich smoothies. Whether you’re visiting for a treatment or simply meeting a friend, it’s a welcoming space to relax and recharge.

There are two public car parks directly opposite Eterna, plus limited on-street parking. Charges apply during daytime hours, with free parking available before 8am and after 6pm.

Yes. We understand life happens. Eligible memberships can be frozen for up to three months during a 12-month period. Please see our Membership Terms & Conditions for full details.

Yes, first-timers are welcome and staff can guide them through the experience.

Yes. Booking is recommended for all treatments and classes to guarantee availability.

We aim to have one between 3°-6°C, and the other around 7°-10°C although temperatures may vary slightly depending on maintenance and ambient conditions.

We have 2 Saunas, one at 80°-90°C and the other 90°-100°C.

Absolutely. Many of our treatments complement each other and can be safely combined to create a more comprehensive wellness experience. Whether your goal is recovery, relaxation, performance or simply taking time to reset, our team can help you choose the best combination for your needs.

Under 18’s are welcome with parental supervision. We also have dedicated Kid’s & Teen classes for younger patrons. Please ask a team member regarding specific treatments for minors.

Absolutely. In fact, many of our members had never stepped into a cold plunge, sauna, hyperbaric chamber or red light therapy bed before visiting Eterna.

Our aim is to make wellness accessible, not intimidating. Whether you’re completely new to biohacking or simply looking to prioritise your health, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Sauna & Plunge sessions, around 60 minutes (plus time to change before & after).

Red Light Bed sessions are 15 minutes.

Classes are 50 minutes.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Sessions are 60 minutes.

We have a lovely lounge area to grab drinks before and after treatments, so no need to rush off.
