  • What is Eterna Wellness Lab?

    Eterna Wellness Lab is a state-of-the-art wellness and longevity centre based in East Grinstead. We specialise in science-backed treatments such as cold water immersion, large communal saunas, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV drips, cutting edge clinical treatments and holistic wellness classes — all under one roof.

  • Where is Eterna Wellness Lab located?

    You’ll find us in the heart of East Grinstead, West Sussex. Unit 6 King Street, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 3DJ

  • What does the membership include?

    Our memberships give you access to our core wellness therapies. Standard membership includes unlimited sauna & plunge sessions, 1 class per week, event access and discounts.   • Do I need to be a member to use your facilities?

    No — we offer day passes and pay-per-treatment options for non-members. However, members receive priority booking, discounted rates, and exclusive event access.

  • How much does a membership cost?

    Standard Membership: £75/month

    VIP Membership: £150/month

  • Can I try a session before committing to a membership?

    Yes! You can book a single sauna & plunge session, a class pass, or treatment as a one-off experience. Check out our day pass pricing [here].

  • What's the benefit of contrast therapy?

    Cold plunges and saunas help reduce inflammation, boost circulation, improve recovery, support mental clarity, and activate cellular longevity pathways. Many of our members use them for physical performance, stress relief, and immune support.

  • What is red light therapy and what does it do?

    Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular energy, enhance skin health, improve muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and support hormonal balance.

  • What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?

    HBOT involves breathing near pure oxygen in a pressurised chamber, which helps the body heal faster by flooding cells with oxygen. It’s commonly used for recovery, energy, cognitive support and anti-ageing.

  • Do you offer IV drips and vitamin infusions?

    Yes — our IV lounge offers vitamin drips, NAD+ therapy, glutathione, peptides and more, in partnership with leading clinical providers. These are available by appointment.

  • What kind of classes do you offer?

    We run a schedule of yoga, Pilates, mobility, breathwork, and wellness workshops. Classes are designed to complement our recovery and longevity protocols.

  • Is the coffee bar open to the public?

    Our coffee bar is primarily for members, but non-members can enjoy it by booking a walk-in service or ordering takeaway (subject to availability). We serve adaptogenic coffee, nootropics, protein smoothies, wellness drinks and healthy snacks..

  • Do you have parking on site?

    There are two large carparks opposite Eterna and limited on street parking, both have small charges between 9-6 free outside of these hours.

  • Can I freeze or pause my membership?

    Yes — memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months within a 12-month period. Full terms available [here].

  • How do I become a Founding Member?

    Founding Member spots are limited to the first 100 sign-ups. These offer discounted rates for your first 12 months. Presale goes live on Monday 30th June — sign up to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to get early access
