Class Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase (or opening date if purchased pre launch). Packages of 5 or more are valid for 6 months.
Redemption
Class Passes can be redeemed in-venue at Eterna Wellness Lab.
Services Included
Class Passes may be used towards Eterna Class, and Sauna & Plunge Sessions where specified on the voucher.
Non-Refundable
Class Passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Eterna Wellness Lab is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen class passes. Replacements may be issued at our discretion with proof of purchase.
Transferability
Class Passes may be gifted to another person, but cannot be resold.
Booking Policies
All standard booking, cancellation and late-arrival policies apply when using a class pass for sessions.
Misuse
Eterna reserves the right to refuse redemption if a voucher is suspected to be fraudulent, altered or used in breach of these terms.
